The commercial and technical information stationery brands, importers, and distributors should provide for an OEM wooden pencil quotation.
Finished pencils: 100 cartons per style, with 2,880 pencils per carton (288,000 pencils per style). For mixed orders totaling more than 300 cartons, the minimum is 50 cartons per style (144,000 pencils). An order totaling exactly 300 cartons does not qualify for this exception.

Define pencil length, diameter, shape, wood, core type, hardness or color range, sharpened state, ferrule, eraser, dip end, and other functional requirements.

Finish and artwork
Provide barrel color references, coating expectation, logo method, print position, artwork files, and any retail marks. Color and print acceptance should be tied to an approved sample.
For logo gifts or a campaign brief, use the custom promotional pencil buying route. Record the artwork revision, print placement and approved sample in the artwork and sample approval checklist.

State the unit count, box or tube construction, insert, barcode, labels, inner and master carton, shipping marks, and destination-specific document requirements.

Commercial basis
Include planned production cartons by style, expected repeat volume, destination, target delivery window, trade term, inspection route, and target price only when it is based on the same complete specification. Identify sample evaluation separately from the production order.
