How inquiry information is handled.

This policy explains how Shanhai Stationery handles contact details and quote information submitted by overseas buyers.

Contact details such as email, WhatsApp, company name, and destination market.
Quote details such as product route, quantity, packaging, specifications, certificates, and target price.
First-party usage data such as page path, site language, referral host, campaign tags, buyer-tool downloads, quote actions, and a temporary session identifier.
Optional Google Analytics measurement data such as page path, site language, page type, and named inquiry actions, but only after a visitor allows analytics.
Reference files that a buyer chooses to upload with an inquiry.

To respond to factory quote requests.
To match product specifications, production route, and export documentation needs.
To follow up on buyer communication by email or WhatsApp.
To understand which product pages, buyer tools, and markets produce useful buyer inquiries.

Inquiry records and uploaded reference files are transmitted to the protected website intake service and linked to the reference returned after submission.
First-party events are sent to the protected event endpoint. If it is temporarily unavailable, a limited non-personal fallback event may appear in Alibaba Cloud CDN access logs.
Telemetry URLs contain page and campaign context, but not buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or inquiry form content.
The first-party event system uses a temporary session identifier for aggregate measurement and does not use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” It may set first-party measurement cookies; advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization remain disabled.
Our Google Analytics events do not include inquiry form contents, buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, uploaded files, or inquiry reference numbers.
Visitors can select “Essential only” or change the choice later using “Analytics choices” in the footer.
Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized Shanhai staff.
