Mixed orders must exceed 300 cartons to use 50 cartons per style
For mixed orders totaling more than 300 cartons, the minimum is 50 cartons per style (144,000 pencils). An order totaling exactly 300 cartons does not qualify for this exception. For example, seven styles at 50 cartons each total 350 cartons and meet the quantity rule. Six styles at 50 cartons each total 300 cartons and do not.

How many finished pencils are in 100 cartons?
100 × 2,880 = 288,000 pencils. The 2,880 count refers to physical pencils, including pencils supplied in retail sets.
Can I request samples instead of a production order?
Samples are for evaluating a planned production order; sample availability, quantity, cost, freight, and timing are confirmed separately. Please state the intended production quantity and destination. A sample request does not change the production MOQ.
Do these quantities apply to pencil slats or blank bodies?
Order quantities and packing for pencil slats, boards, and unfinished pencil bodies are agreed separately by specification.
When is lead time confirmed?
Shanhai typically plans 10–15 days for samples and 25–45 days for mass production after the required specification, artwork, packaging, quantity, destination, approval, inspection, and commercial release inputs are complete. The formal quotation confirms the exact start trigger and schedule for the order.
